THIS INFORMATION IS SUBMITTED PRIOR TO OR AT THE START OF EACH MODEL YEAR. IT IS REVIEWED BY EPA TO VERIFY THAT ALL REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED AS WELL AS TARGETING SUBSEQUENT ENFORCEMENT.
