Abstract: RULE 2, ADOPTED ON APRIL 19, 1941, PERMITS A PUBLIC UTILITY HOLDING COMPANY TO CLAIM EXEMPTION FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY HOLDING COMPANY ACT OF 1935 BY FILING AN ANNUAL STATEMENT ON FORM U-3A-2, ADOPTED NOVEMBER 9, 1939.
