Abstract: WHEN A HUD FIELD OFFICE MANAGER DETERMINES THAT AN OWNER UNDER THE SECTION 811 CAPITAL ADVANCE PROGRAM IS NOT MAKING SATISFACTORY PROGRES TOWARD INITIAL CLOSING, A NOTICE OF INTENT TO CANCEL THE SECTION 811 FUND RESERVATION IS ISSUED. THE OWNER WILL HAVE 30 DAYS IN WHICH TO APPEAL THAT DECISION.
