Abstract: THIS MAIL SURVEY OF PARTICIPATING AND NONPARTICIPATING MAC PROVIDERS WILL EXAMINE THE EXTENT TO WHICH PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS ARE WILLING T PARTICIPATE IN MAC AND HOW EFFECTIVELY THEY MANAGE THE CARE. THE SURVEY WILL BE CONDUCTED IN TWO WAVES.
