Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED FOR REPORTS TO CONGRESS UNDER SECTION 603 OF THE CLEAN AIR ACT AMENDMENTS OF 1990 AND TO FULFILL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IN THE SAME SECTION. IT WILL ALSO BE USED TO MONITOR INDUSTRY'S COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 604. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES PRODUCERS, IMPORTERS, EXPORTERS, AND TRANSFORMERS OF OZONE DEPLETORS.
