THIS INFORMATION WILL ENABLE THE FCC TO DETERMINE WHETHER BROADCAST PERMITTEES AND LICENSEES MAINTAIN THE REQUISITE CHARACTER QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A BROADCAST LICENSEE.
