INFORMATION OBTAINED VIA SEAS ENABLES EPA TO DETERMINE EMISSIONS CONFORMITY OF NEW LIGHT-DUTY VEHICLES, LIGHT-DUTY TRUCKS, AN HEAVY-DUTY ENGINES. SEAS ARE CONDUCTED THROUGHOUT EACH MODEL YEAR.
