Abstract: THE U.S. GROUNDFISH INDUSTRY IS CONTACTED AS OFTEN AS FOUR TIMES A YEA TO DETERMINE ITS INTENT AND CAPACITY TO UTILIZE CERTAIN GROUNDFISH SPECIES.
