Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS USED BY BOTH GRANTEE AND GRANTOR TO DETERMINE THE COST OF EACH PROJECT IN A MULTI-PROJECT PROPOSAL AND TO DETERMINE THE ALLOWABILITY OF MATCHING COSTS OFFERED. ALSO USED IN NEGOTIATING COST AND ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL OF EXPENDITURES BY BOTH PARTIES.
