Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIRES PARTIES THAT ARE UNABLE TO VERIFY THAT A TIME BROKERAGE AGREEMENT COMPLIES WITH THE LOCAL OWNERSHIP RULES TO FILE A REQUEST FOR RULING WITH THE COMMISSION. THE DATA ARE USED BY FCC STAFF TO MAKE A DETERMINATION THAT THE ARRANGEMENT WILL NOT LEAD TO EXCESSIVE CONCENTRATION IN THE LOCAL RADIO MARKET.
