Abstract: AS A RESULT OF AN EXTENSIVE STUDY OF VA'S MANUFACTURED HOME LOAN PROGRAM, RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE REVISION OF INVOICING PRACTICES HAVE BEEN MADE. THESE AMENDMENTS IMPLEMENT THE NEW PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.
