Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO DOCUMENT THE SUPPORT SERVICES RECEIVE BY PARTICIPANTS, E.G., HOUSING ASSISTANCE, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE, CHILD CARE, HEALTH CARE, TO HELP THEM REACH ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE OF THE WELFARE SYSTEM. THE SURVEY WILL ALSO DOCUMENT CHANGES MADE BY PARTICIPANTS IN THE AREA OF EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING, ETC.
