Approved as amended by ED's 10/9/92 memorandum to OMB. Approval is conditional on the need for ED to make any appropriate revisions prior to the close of the public comment period, 10/21. ED will revise the entire application system for the 1994-95 SAR, to make the SAR and FAF more complimentary and easy to use; ED has agreed to inform OMB of the revisions as they are planned, prior to the next PRA submission. Last EDshall revise the burden disclosure statement that appears in SAR comments, to request that public comments be sent to ED and OMB rather than ED or OMB, to conform with the PRA's implementing regulations.
