Abstract: ON MARCH 4, 1992, THE SECRETARY APPROVED THE ALLOCATION OF 7.5 PERCENT OF THE POLLOCK TOTAL ALLOWABLE CATCH FOR THE BERING SEA AND PROPOSED RULE WOULD IMPLEMENT THIS PROGRAM BY REQUESTING APPLICATIONS FROM ELIGIBLE COMMUNITIES IN ORDER TO ALLOCATE THIS POLLOCK.
