Terms of Clearance: This survey is approved for use through August 31, 1993. This clearan is conditional on the use of un-numbered follow-up mailings of the questionnaire in lieu of the postcards. See attachment IV of the fax of September 3, 1992 from John Szilagyi to Angela Antonelli. The revised supporting statement of September 3 failed to acknowledge this agreement, although the new follow-up letter that substitutes for the postcard is included.

Abstract: THE SURVEY WAS DEVELOPED BY A DOCTORAL STUDENT WORKING ON HER PHD DISSERTATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA (USF) TO GATHER RESEARCH DATA ON THE CHILD CARE ARRANGEMENTS OF SINGLE PARENTS AND TWO-INCOME PARENTS AND ON HOW THESE ARRANGEMENTS CHANGE OVER A 3 YEAR (1980-1900) PERIOD. RESPONDENTS WILL MAIL QUESTIONNAIRES DIRECTLY TO THE USF STUDENT FOR TABULATION AND ANALYSIS.
