Abstract: FCC 492 IS FILED BY EACH EXCHANGE CARRIER OR GROUP OF CARRIERS WHO FIL INDIVIDUAL ACCESS TARIFFS REPORT. THE REPORT CONTAINS RATE OF RETURN INFORMATION ON A QUARTERLY AND CUMULATIVE BASIS FOR MONITORING THE ACCESS TARIFFS AND FOR MONITORING THE MAXIMUM RATE OF RETURN PRESCRIPTIONS. THE REPORT IS NEEDED TO ENABLE THE COMMISSION TO FULFI ITS REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES.
