Abstract: TOBACCO EXPORT WAREHOUSES STORE UNTAXPAID TOBACCO PRODUCTS UNTIL THEY ARE EXPORTED. RECORD IS USED TO MAINTAIN ACCOUNTABILITY OVER THESE PRODUCTS. ALLOWS ATF TO VERIFY THAT ALL PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN EXPORTED OR TAX LIABILITIES SATISFIED. PROTECTS TAX REVENUES.
