Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL EXPAND THE ARIS DATABASE OF MAJOR FEDERAL ADMINISTRATION RECORD SYSTEMS TO STATE AND SELECTED LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IN ORDER TO MAKE THE DATABASE MORE COMPREHENSIVE AND USEFUL TO THE 200 CENSUS RESEARCH EXPLORING THE USE OF ADMINISTRATIVE RECORDS AS AN ALTERNATIVE OR SUPPLEMENT TO TRADITIONAL STATISTICAL DATA COLLECTION EFFORTS.
