Abstract: THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AFFECT TAXPAYERS THAT ARE QUALIFIED SETTLEMENT FUNDS. THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILE INCOME TAX RETURNS, ESTIMATED INCOME TAX RETURNS, EXCISE TAX RETURNS, AND WITHHOLDING TAX RETURNS. THE INFORMATION WILL FACILITATE TAXPAYER EXAMINATIONS.
