Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS A PILOT AND PRELIMINARY TEST OF A NEW COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM TO MEASURE INVESTMENT IN PRIVATE NONFARM BUSINESS. THE DATA WILL BE USED BY SEVERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO IMPROVE MEASURES OF ECONOMIC INDICATORS AND TO IMPROVE ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC PERFORMANCES.
