Abstract: FISHERMEN INTENDING TO PARTICPATE IN ANY EXPERIMENTAL FISHERY MUST OBTAIN AN EXPERIMENTAL FISHING PERMIT. PERMIT APPLICATIONS MUST STATE THE PURPOSE AND GOAL OF THE EXPERIMENT AND ALSO CONTAIN OTHER INFORMATION FOR USE BY MANAGEMENT AGENCIES TO MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF THE EXPERIMENTAL FISHERY.
