Abstract: THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, IN ORDER TO MEET ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER A TREATY O FISHERIES BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENTS OF CERTAIN PACIFIC ISLAND STATES AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IS REQUIRED TO COLLECT FISH CATCH AND VESSEL LOGBOOK INFORMATION FROM MASTERS OF PARTICIPATING U.S. TUNA PUR SEINE VESSELS.
