Abstract: HUD-9812 SERIES LETTERS ARE THE INITIAL AND SUBSEQUENT DEMAND LETTERS USED BY HUD TO COLLECT MONIES ON DELINQUENT PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT AND MANUFACTURED HOUSING LOANS ASSIGNED TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AFTER THE LENDER HAS EXHAUSTED ITS EFFORTS AND IS SUBMITTING A CLAIM FOR LOA REIMBURSEMENT.
