Abstract: THE PROPOSED RULE REQUIRES MATERIALS LICENSEES TO MAINTAIN A LIST OF POTENTIAL AND KNOWN AREAS OF CONTAMINATION AND TO SUBMIT THIS LIST UPO DECOMMISSIONING. EQUIPMENT TO REMAIN ONSITE WOULD ALSO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE DECOMMISSIONING PLAN.
