Terms of Clearance: OMB approves the use of this form until December 31, 1992 and only for the 1991 tax filing season. IRS shall report during February 1992 on the feasibility of electronically filing the Form 1040NR in a medium other than magnetic beginning with the 1992 tax filing season. In addition, IRS shall justify the need for maintaining a separate paper jurat (8453NR) for these filers instead of using the already existing Form 8453. By agreement with IRS the burden estimate has been changed to .25 hour and IRS will change the PRA notice in the instructions to reflect this change.
