Abstract: TRIBES MUST USE THESE FORMS TO SUBMIT THEIR JOBS PLANS TO ACF. THE PLANS CONSTITUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TRIBE AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AS TO HOW THE JOBS PROGRAM WILL OPERATE WITHIN THE TRIBE. THE USE OF THESE FORMS WILL PROMOTE PROGRAM CONSISTENCY AND FACILITATE COLLECTION OF INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPARE PROGRAM DATA.
