Abstract: THE PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY IS THE ONLY RECURRING, COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF VA PATIENTS' SATISFACTION WITH THE HEALTH CARE THEY RECEIVE. IT MEETS MEDICAL, MANAGEMENT AND LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS AND HELPS ASSURE THAT THE VA MAINTAINS A HIGH LEVEL OF CARE TO THE NATION'S VETERANS.
