BY RETURNING THI NOTICE TO THE FCC, THE LICENSEES ARE ABLE TO RENEW THEIR AUTHORIZATION WHEN THERE ARE NO CHANGES OR ONLY MINOR CHANGES TO THE EXISTING AUTHORIZATION.
