Abstract: TO EVALUATE CONTRACTOR PROGRESS ON INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS AND CONTRACTOR PLANS FOR CORRECTING THE OVERALL CAUSE OF PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS IN ORDE TO PROTECT THE GOVERNMENT'S CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS.
