Abstract: SECTION 22.6 OF FCC'S RULES REQUIRE THE SUBMISSION OF MICROFICHE COPIE OF CERTAIN FILINGS. MICROFICHE IS REQUIRED BECAUSE OF AN ACUTE LACK OF SPACE AND THE LABOR INTENSIVE PAPER RECORDS, STORAGE, AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEM. THE USE OF MICROFICHE WILL PROVIDE A BETTER STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEM AND A MORE SECURE METHOD OF PROTECTING RECORDS.
