Abstract: HUD STAFF COMPLETE ITS FORMS DURING ON-SITE REVIEWS. THE FORMS ARE US TO EVALUATE QUALITY OF MANAGEMENT, DETERMINE CAUSES OF PROBLEM, DEVISE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS IN ORDER TO SAFEGUARD THE DEPARTMENT'S FINANCIAL INTERESTS AND ENSURE THAT TENANTS ARE PROVIDED WITH DECENT, SAFE, AND SANITARY HOUSING.
