Terms of Clearance: Approved by OMB for one year. HUD has revised the handbook to reference OMB Circulars A21,A87,A102,A122 & A128 as per the last terms of clearance. OMB has approved this handbook for only one year due to recent statutory changes in the Congregate Housing Program, under Section 802 of Cranston-Gonzalez. HUD expects to publish rules shortl that revise the Congregate Housing Program. HUD shall revise the handbook accordingly, and resubmit this information to encorporate any regulatory changes of the new program. HUD shall continue to referenc the previously mentioned OMB Circulars in the new handbook. In the next submission, HUD shall add greater detail regarding the subject of the OMB circulars in Section 1M of the handbook and shall provide information on how respondents can obtain a copy of the OMB circulars for guidance on how to comply.
