Abstract: PURSUANT TO TITLE II OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1987, THE DEPARTMENT OF HUD IS REQUIRED TO ENTERTAIN "PLANS OF PREPAYMENT". HUD NEEDS TO PROPERLY FORECAST THE DEMAND FOR FUNDS TO SUPPORT THESE "PLANS OF PREPAYMENT". THE 12 STATE AND ONE CITY AGENCIES WILL BE CONDUCTING THE SURVEY OF THEIR INVENTORIES AND WILL REQUIRE APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR PER PROJECT.
