Abstract: RUEL 15BA2-2, ADOPTED OCTOBER 24 1975, PROVIDES THAT AN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION WITH COMMISSION BY NON-BANK MUNICIPAL SECURITIES DEALER WHOSE BUSINESS IS EXCLUSIVELY INTRASTATE MUST BE FILED ON FORM BD. THE INFORMATION REQUIRED TO BE DISCLOSED ON FORM BD IS NECESSARY FOR THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE WHETHER REGISTRATION AS A BROKER OR DEALER SHOULD BE GRANTED.
