Abstract: THE PROPOSED APPLICATION FORMS ARE USED IN LIEU OF THE SF-171 AS THEY ARE MORE RESPONSIVE TO VA NEEDS. THIS WILL ENABLE VHS&RA OFFICIALS TO EVALUATE EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS. THE INFORMATION OBTAINED BY THE FORM LETTER 10-341A IS CONSIDERED BY THE STANDARDS BOARDS IN DETERMINING SUITABILITY AND GRADE LEVEL FOR APPOINTMENTS IN VHS&RA.
