Abstract: THE REPORT DOCUMENTS APPLICANT BANK'S ELIGIBILITY BANKING ACT OF 1987, WHICH ALLOWED AMORTIZATION OF LOSSES ON SUCH LOANS AND RELATED PROPERTY OVER A PERIOD UP TO 7 YEARS. THE REPORT PROVIDES SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH ELIGIBILITY OF THE BANK AND LOANS AND MONITOR THE BANK'S COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM.
