OWNER/OPERATOR SHALL MAINTAIN RECORDS OF DATA AND CALCULATIONS USED TO DETERMINE VOC EMISSIONS FROM MONTHLY PERFORMANCE TEST, AND DAILY INCINERATION TEMPERATURE OR AMOUNT OF SOLVENT RECOVERED.
