Abstract: IN SECTION 242, MORTGAGE INSURANCE FOR HOSPITALS, CONTRACTOR DISBURSEMENTS ARE MADE BY THE MORTGAGES ONLY WITH THE APPROVAL OF HUD. IT IS NECESSARY THAT MONTHLY DRAWS BE MADE FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO MEET ITS OBLIGATIONS. THIS FORM AUTHORIZES THE MORTGAGEE TO MAKE PROGRESS IN PAYMENTS TO THE MORTGAGOR, USUALLY A HOSPITAL ENTITY FOR PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR.
