Abstract: S OPERATIONS, SERVICING RESPONSIBILITIES' INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIS FORM PROVIDES AN OVERVIEW OF THE MORTGAGEE'S OPERATIONS FOR SERVICING HUD-INSURED SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGES.
