Abstract: OWNERS OF CERTAIN COOPERATIVE, SUBSIDIZED, AND 202 PROJECTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE BUDGET WORKSHEET AND ENERGY CONSERVATION CERTIFICATION WHEN REQUESTING A RENT INCREASE. HUD WILL USE THE INFORMATION IN EVALUATING OWNER EXPENSE ESTIMATES. THE WORKSHEET IS DESIGNED TO ALLOW HUD AND OWNER AUTOMATION OF THE BUDGETED RENT INCREA PROCESS.
