Abstract: THESE FOCUS GROUPS ARE BEING CONDUCTED TO HELP THE SERVICE FULFILL ITS RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER OMB CIRCULAR A-132. THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE TAXPAYER KNOWLEDGE OF CORRECT REGULATIONS REGARDING EXTENSIONS TO FILE AS WELL AS THEIR REACTIONS TO PROGRAM CHANGES BEING CONSIDERED BY THE SERVICE.
