Terms of Clearance: Effective August 31, 1990 - Disapproved, improperly submitted. The Department has requested that we withdraw our approval pending clearance within the appropriate departmental channels. Review within the IRS will enable advantage to be taken of prior collections of this type and assure achievement of an acceptable level of statistical quality. It is our understanding that the Research Division of IRS is prepared to work actively with the Hartford office to achieve timel completion of this project. When a survey on this topic is resubmitte through proper channels, we will promptly complete our review.
