Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO COUNT AND TO DETERMINE STATESIDE RESIDENCE OF DOD CIVILIAN PERSONNEL AND THEIR DEPENDENTS ASSIGNED OVERSEAS IN ORDER TO COMBINE IT WITH SIMILAR INFORMATION ON MILITARY PERSONNEL AND DEPENDENTS. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BUREAU OF THE CENSUS FOR STATE APPORTIONMENT PURPOSES.
