Abstract: THIS RULEMAKING AMENDS PART 30 BY REVISING THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIAL LICENSEES. THE AMENDED REGULATION PROVIDES ADDITIONAL DETAILS ON WHEN TO NOTIFY THE NRC RELATIVE TO INCIDENTS IN ORDER TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY.
