Abstract: THIS CLEARANCE REQUEST IS FOR THE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS IN THE NPRM 42 CFR PART 64A, HAZARDOUS WASTE WORKER TRAINING. THIS NP STATES THAT GRANT SHALL BE AWARDED TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF WORKERS WHO ARE OR MAY BE ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO HAZARDOUS WASTE REMOVAL OR CONTAINMENT OR EMERGENCY RESPONSE.
