Abstract: PROGRAM EVALUATION INFORMATION GATHERING FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM, AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 123 OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN RURAL RECOVERY ACT OF 1983, NECESSITATES INTERVIEWS WITH INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED WITH THE FUNDED PROJECTS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL EVALUATE THE SUCCESS OF THE DEMONSTRATION IN ACHIEVING ITS OBJECTIVES.
