Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS NEEDED TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF THE EPA/OHIO EMISSIONS INVENTORY IN THE CLEVELAND AREA AND TO EVALUATE COMPLIANCE AND EMISSIO LEVELS.
