Abstract: TESTING, TAXPAYERS' THE TESTING SESSIONS ARE NECESSARY TO DEVELOP QUANTITATIVE MEASURES OF COMPREHENSION LEVELS OF TAXPAYERS IN SUPPORT OF IRS STRATEGIC INTIATIV BEE-12. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH LATER PROJECT PHASES TO IMPROVE IRS TAX FORMS AND INSTRUCTIONS, TO MAKE THEM EASIER TO USE AND UNDERSTAND.
