Abstract: THE NATIONAL HEALTH INTERVIEW SURVEY, AN ONGOING SURVE OF THE CIVILIAN, NONINSTITUTIONALIZED POPULATION, MONITORS THE NATION' HEALTH. THE 1990 NHIS WILL INCLUDE SUPPLEMENTS ON "ASSISTIVE DEVICES" "PODIATRY", "HEALTH PROMOTION AND DISEASE PREVENTION", "AIDS" KNOWLEDG AND ATTITUDES", "HEARING" AND "INCOME".
