Abstract: THE PAROLEE/PROBATIONER COVERAGE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT PAROLEES AND PROBATIONERS ARE INCLUDED IN THE 1990 DECENNI CENSUS. TRADITIONALLY, THERE IS A LARGE UNDERCOUNT OF MINORITY POPULATIONS. THE MINORITY COMPOSITION OF PERSONS ON PAROLE OR PROBATI OFFERS A GREAT POTENTIAL FOR IMPROVING THE COVERAGE OF MINORITIES.
